Why do pot fillers have two shutoff valves? Each joint typically includes its own valve so the arm can be safely folded away without water in the pipe when not in use. Are cross handles harder to turn than levers? Cross handles require a slight twisting motion rather than a single lever push, which some buyers prefer for a traditional look and feel.

Acc materials
Each piece is cast, spun and hand-finished in the brass ateliers of Fès, where metalworkers have shaped copper and brass for over a thousand years. Solid brass throughout — never plated — so the surface you touch is the metal itself. Small variations in tone and hammering are the signature of the hand, not a flaw.

Every fixture is made to order in Fès and inspected by hand before it leaves the atelier. Orders ship worldwide with tracking via DHL Express; a signature is required on delivery. Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout where available.
Acc care
Unlacquered brass and copper are living finishes: they deepen and gather patina with touch, water and time. Wipe dry after use and clean with a soft cloth and mild soap only — never abrasives or acids. To slow the patina, apply a thin coat of carnauba wax a few times a year; to restore brightness, a gentle brass polish will bring back the glow. Patina can always be polished away and begun again.
