30-Day Return Window

We want you to love your Brassluxe piece. If it's not right for your space, you may return it within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is:

  • Unused and uninstalled
  • In its original packaging with all included parts and hardware
  • Not a custom or made-to-order finish (these are final sale, as noted on the product page)

How to start a return

Email us at support@brassluxe.com or call +1 (202) 768-7386 with your order number and the reason for return. We'll confirm eligibility and provide return instructions within 24-48 hours.

Return shipping

Because every Brassluxe order ships internationally from Morocco, return shipping works differently than a typical domestic return:

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, manufacturing defect, damage in transit) — we cover the return shipping cost and will send a replacement or full refund, including original shipping.
  • If the return is a change of mind (wrong finish chosen, doesn't fit your space, etc.) — the customer is responsible for return shipping costs back to Morocco. Given international freight costs, we recommend double-checking dimensions, finish, and thread size against your existing plumbing before ordering, and reaching out to us with questions before you buy.

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method, minus original outbound shipping if the return was a change of mind.

Damaged or defective items

If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Warranty

Brassluxe fixtures are warrantied against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year from the date of delivery. This warranty does not cover the natural development of patina on unlacquered brass or copper — that is expected aging, not a defect (see our FAQ and Care & Patina Guide). The warranty also does not cover damage from improper installation, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
