Shipping & Delivery

Where your order ships from

Brassluxe fixtures and lighting are handcrafted by artisans in Morocco. Your order ships directly from our workshop network there to your address in the United States — this is an international shipment, not a same-country warehouse dispatch.

Delivery times

Standard delivery is 10–20 business days from the time your order is placed to arrival at your door. This includes production/handling time and international transit. We do not offer 2–3 day delivery, and we won't pretend otherwise — handcrafted goods shipped internationally take longer than mass-produced items from a domestic warehouse, and we'd rather set that expectation clearly up front.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow its progress from Morocco to your door.

Customs & import fees

Shipments to the United States generally clear customs without any action needed from you. Depending on your order value and destination, customs duties or import fees may occasionally apply on delivery; these are set by US customs, not by Brassluxe, and are the responsibility of the customer. In the large majority of cases, no additional fees are charged.

Order processing

Because many pieces are finished to order, please allow a short handling period before your item ships; this is included in the 10–20 business day estimate above. If a piece is on backorder or requires extra production time, we'll email you with an updated timeline.

Shipping address changes

Contact us as soon as possible after placing your order if you need to update your shipping address — once an order has left our workshop, we may not be able to redirect it.
