Shipping Policy

Brassluxe fixtures and lighting are handcrafted by artisans in Morocco. Every order ships internationally from our workshop network there directly to your address in the United States.

Delivery time

Standard delivery is estimated at 10–20 business days, including international transit.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order leaves our workshop.

Customs & duties

Customs duties or import fees may occasionally apply depending on your order value and destination; these are set by US customs and are the customer's responsibility. Most orders clear without any additional charge.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping costs $100 USD. Orders of $300 USD or more qualify for free shipping. The applicable rate is displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
