The faucet is stunning but be warned their customer service is useless. This faucet shipped WEEKS after the original estimated delivery date and never once did they answer my emails or phone calls to try and figure out when it would be here.Originally collected by Loox for brassna.com.

The faucet itself is beautiful but due to some unforeseen circumstances we weren’t able to use it in our kitchen. I’m having a big problem with the fact that we were told we could return the faucet so I sent it back and now have no received any word back.. even though I’ve emailed every single day.
